BOB Jogging Strollers
BOB Jogging Stroller: a long history of inventions
BOB strollers has been building
some of the best jogging strollers on the market for quite a few years.
Going well beyond plain joggers, BOB jogging strollers first introduced the concept of a Sport Utility Stroller with sporty colors like yellow and black.
BOB Sport Utility Strollers were a complete re-invention of the jogger that included an advanced suspension system, tough polymer wheels; a folding frame; a reclining seat with padding; and many other features no one had ever built into a jogging stroller before. The BOB Ironman Sport Utility Stroller came a few years later and encountered the same great success with customers thanks to its light weight, high-pressure tires, and stiff shock absorbers.
BOB strollers' objective was to build a high-quality jogging stroller that you could run, hike, or go off road with but yet would still fold up easily and fit into a small car trunk. BOB Strollers' founders even tested their jogging stroller inventions on their own kids and perfected their products in a very hands-on fashion. Poor kids!
BOB Duallie stroller: a double dose of BOB
With the immediate success of the Sport Utility Stroller, the brand introduced the
BOB Duallie line of double strollers. The latest Duallie is of course the much awaited
BOB Duallie Revolution 2007.
BOB Revolution stroller is a true revolution
The next revolution at BOB Strollers was
the BOB Revolution stroller itself: the swiveling front wheel quickly became the trademark feature of the
new Revolution stroller. No longer would moms and dads have to tip their strollers back to make a turn. The Revolution's rotating front wheel now allows to turn on a dime which is especially handy in urban crowded environments. With the wheel locked in place, the BOB Revolution is also a great stroller for off-road runs or brisk walks.
