This conversion kit replaces the fixed front wheel and allows you to have swivel wheels on your Dreamer Design jogging stroller. Its easy to assemble and works with all 2004 and above fixed wheel models.

You can either select the single version for the Slingshot, Rebound and Verve, or the double version for the Ditto.
